    All products available on CodeCopy.in are digital products, including Shopify themes, liquid code snippets, scripts, templates, and related files. No physical goods are shipped.

  2. No Return Policy
    Since all products are delivered digitally, returns are not applicable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

  3. Refund Policy
    All purchases made on CodeCopy.in are generally non-refundable. Once a product is delivered through download, email, or account access, the transaction is considered complete.

  4. Delivery and Support Assurance
    We ensure that all purchased products are delivered properly via email, download link, or access method.

In case of any issue such as:

  • Product not received after successful payment

  • Email not delivered or download link not working

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • File is corrupted, incomplete, or not functioning as described

Customers are required to contact our support team. We will first verify the issue and provide a proper resolution, including re-delivery, correction, or technical assistance.

If the issue cannot be resolved from our end within a reasonable time, a refund may be considered.

    For Shopify store design, customization, or related services, refunds are not applicable once the work has been initiated or completed.

  2. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be cancelled before delivery. Once the product has been delivered or accessed, cancellation is not possible.

    Customers are advised to review product details and compatibility before making a purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect purchases due to misunderstanding.
